RINEX

Rwanda Internet Exchange (RINEX) is an interconnection point of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Rwanda.

Its main goal is to allow ISPs to interconnect directly, via the exchange, rather than through international links, thereby lowering the cost and latency for local traffic.

RINEX Policies

These policies shall be applicable to all Telecom operators and Internet Services Providers exchanging routes via RINEX RINEX usage statistics can be viewed here.
